Presenting Armenia's foreign policy priorities, Mnatsakanyan stressed that his official visit to Ethiopia demonstrates Armenia's commitment to stimulate cooperation with African countries, and Francophonie is a powerful platform for the exchange of ideas and effective experience, which makes it possible to start an active dialogue with African countries that share the values of OIF.
At the same time, he stated that Armenia during its presidency in the OIF under the Slogan "Live Together" intends to promote the spread of humanitarian values, as well as the unity of French-speaking societies and the strengthening of peace and prosperity in French-speaking territory. In this context, Armenia's readiness to cooperate closely with other international structures, in particular with the UN and the African Union, to implement the goals and priorities was emphasized.
