ArmInfo.Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan met yesterday in Vienna with Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurtz.According to the press service of the government of Armenia, during the conversation the interlocutors discussed a number of issues related to cooperation in both bilateral and multilateral formats.In particular, Nikol Pashinyan and Sebastian Kurtz noted the importance of developing Armenian-Austrian relations in various directions, including political and economic.
The interlocutors considered it necessary to continue an active dialogue in order to give a new impetus to economic cooperation and the growth of trade.Sebastian Kurtz welcomed the democratic developments taking place in Armenia and noted that his government is ready to provide the necessary assistance for the effective implementation of the reform program of Armenia. In this regard, the parties also noted the importance of implementing the programs envisaged in the framework of the Comprehensive and Extended Partnership Agreement between Armenia and the European Union and the ratification of this agreement by the EU member states as soon as possible.During the meeting, the sides also touched upon the meeting of the Prime Minister of Armenia and the President of Azerbaijan in Vienna.
