In order to express the attitude towards the 3 principles and 6 elements that are on the negotiating table on the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict,  you must first understand what they mean. The Prime Minister of  Armenia Nikol Pashinyan stated this on March 19 during a press  conference in Yerevan.

According to the Armenian Prime Minister, there is the text of the  document and dozens of different interpretations, and they are done  at the state level. "In my statement at the Security Council meeting,  I stressed that we must understand how we will interpret this text,  since, for example, the Azerbaijani interpretation of the existing  principles of the elements is unacceptable for us. We, of course, can  voice our interpretation, but we don't go along this path, since our  task is not a verbal skirmish. We want representatives of Armenia,  Azerbaijan, Artsakh and the mediators together to understand what  these principles can mean in practice. For example, according to the  Azerbaijani interpretation, the Nagorno Karabakh should be a part of  Azerbaijan. Maybe another, for example, that Artsakh should be  independent or a part of Armenia, that is, until we all agreed on a  possible circle of conversations, we cannot understand each other,  "the head of Armenian executive body said.

At the same time, Pashinyan added that he began to talk about it now  after meeting with various partners, including the head of  Azerbaijan, mediators, since such a need arose due to different  interpretations.  At the same time, the head of government said that  a meeting was held with former Foreign Minister Edvard Nalbandyan, in  order to understand in detail, everything that is on the agenda.  According to him, he also talked with the President of Azerbaijan in  order to understand what is on the agenda, since he himself is a new  person in this process and it is necessary to understand what is  being negotiated around. "For example, Ilham Aliyev has been involved  in negotiations for 18 years, the mediators are their work in this,  too, for a long time, but I am a new person and a lot of things are  not clear and interesting to me. I don't understand everything and  the dialogue is needed to clarify the incomprehensible. And our  dialogue in the future will be aimed at clarifying a number of issues  that have already been formally recorded, since a lot of conflicting  data exist regarding what happened in Kazan or Vienna, "the Armenian  Prime Minister said, adding that many questions arise that need to be  explained. At the same time, he expressed the hope that he would  receive answers to all his questions.
