ArmInfo. The most important goal of Yerevan's foreign policy agenda is to strengthen Armenia's independence, sovereignty and security. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said this in an interview with Euronews.
Touching upon Armenia-EU cooperation, Pashinyan assured that Yerevan is determined to implement the agreement on a Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership, which guarantees the formation of a truly independent judicial system, institutional mechanisms to combat corruption and prevent it.
Touching upon the energy component of Yerevan`s agenda, he stressed that Armenia is discussing any possible interaction in this area with Iran, Georgia, Russia, as well as with the EU. Speaking about his possible re-election in the future, Pashinyan commented: "If I am re-elected in free and democratic elections, this is normal. But if Armenia faces a threat of creating an authoritarian government or dictatorship, then this is not acceptable. Democracy originates from our people and our national values "- Pashinyan summarized.
