Press Secretary  of the Artsakh President David Babayan intends to open party, Babayan  wrote about this on his Facebook page.  Babayan, in particular,  noted: "The internal political life of our republic has entered a new  phase of dynamic development. Naturally, what is happening directly  concerns each and every one of us. Every patriot and a conscious  person should take part in the public and political life of our  country, thereby contributing contribution to the development,  strengthening and protection of our state ", the press secretary of  the NKR President stressed.

He also noted that working for more than two decades in various state  structures, occupying responsible positions, and also, being actively  involved in the socio-political and scientific-educational life, he  cannot stand aside.

"After much deliberation, and also inspired by the support of many  friends and like-minded people, I decided to establish with them a  new political force - the Conservative Party of Artsakh.

We highly appreciate everything positive, all our successes and  victories achieved over the past three decades. All this our people  achieved at the expense of life of their brave sons and thousands of  hardships, thanks to their hard work, unshakable faith and  inexhaustible optimism. We are obliged to preserve all these  achievements, " Babayan said.

The press secretary of the President of Artsakh will also emphasize  that today's social and political life, geopolitical processes are  dynamically changing, which requires the involvement in the political  life of the country of people with a corresponding potential,  professionalism and high moral character. "Taking into account these  imperatives, we want to take an active part in the development and  strengthening of our country, to protect the interests of the people,  applying new ideas and approaches in the process of state building.

In this context, we are preparing to take an active part in the  parliamentary elections in 2020. Having received the support of the  people and being represented in the National Assembly, we will have  the opportunity to carry out our programs more effectively in the  interests of our people and homeland, "he said.

According to Babayan, the ideology of his party was based on the  preservation of national values, our successes and victories achieved  at great cost, as well as an efficient and professional confrontation  of contemporary challenges in the current realities.

"For us, the sovereignty of Artsakh, a high level of security, social  justice and democracy, environmental protection is exceptional  values. Our slogan is professionalism, honesty, patriotism and hard  work. In domestic politics we do not oppose anyone and do not regard  anyone as enemies. Moreover, any split or polarization in society is  unacceptable for us. Our greatest strength lies in our unity, "the  NKR President's press secretary concluded.
