ArmInfo.According to the Global Finance monthly magazine, Ameriabank was awarded the nomination "The Best Investment Bank-2019" in Armenia. This award  from Global Finance is awarded to Ameriabank annually, starting in 2012.

According to the Bank's press service, the winners were selected  according to the following criteria: market share, opportunities to  use banking investment tools, volume and number of transactions,  quality of service, consulting, structuring of operations,  innovation, pricing, primary placements in the capital market and  service opportunities secondary market, a large list of partners in  the international market in the face of financial institutions,  market reputation, etc.

According to the source, the overall list of winners will be  published in the April edition of Global Finance.

To note, the Global Finance monthly edition has been published since  1987. The magazine has over 50,000 subscribers in 180 countries. The  target audience of the publication is the leaders and representatives  of the world's largest private and public financial institutions. The  specialists of the publication analyze important financial indicators  of more than 192 countries.

According to the Financial Rating of Banks of Armenia prepared by  ArmInfo, as of December 31, 2018, Ameriabank continues to lead in  terms of key financial indicators. The bank's assets amounted to  779.8 billion drams ($ 1.6 billion, first position), credit  investments and other loans -547.9 billion drams ($ 1.1 billion,  first position), investments in securities - 64 billion drams ($  132.3 million, second position). By total liabilities, the bank  secured the lead - 690 billion drams or $ 1.4 billion, in the  structure of which liabilities to customers (time deposits and demand  deposits) amounted to 57.8% or 399.1 billion drams ($ 825 million,  2nd position) attracted loans from international financial  institutions - 38.4% or 265.3 billion drams ($ 548.3 million, 1st  position), and funds received from the placement of own bonds - 7.4%  or 50.8 billion drams ($ 105.1 million). The total capital of the  Bank amounted to 89.8 billion drams or $ 185.6 million at this date,  and the regulatory total capital - 97.8 billion drams. In 2018  Ameriabank completed with a net profit of 10.5 billion drams or $  21.7 million (1st position). The Bank provided the capital adequacy  ratio at the level of 13.7% (at the required minimum of 12%), total  liquidity - 21.9% (at the required minimum 15%), current liquidity -  78.8% (at the required minimum 60%).

The bank has been operating in the  Armenian market  since October 31, 1996.
