ArmInfo.The Armenian government demonstrates contradictory approaches and ignores the norms of the Constitution. Artsvik Minasyan, a member of the ARF party, former  Minister of Economic Development of Armenia, made such a statement at  the press conference.

He criticized the Prime Minister of Armenia in connection with the  fact that he had violated the constitution, since after his  appointment he had to submit candidatures of vice-premiers and  ministers to the Armenian president for 5 days, but he presented only  a few of them. <The main problem of the government's program is gross  violations of the law, since the current government at various levels  has problems with the laws. This is the result of not only  unprofessionally, but also an insufficient desire to work, based on  the provisions of the Constitution, "said the opposition member.  According to Minasyan, in view of these violations, the government of  Armenia according to the constitution can be considered <defective>.

<The program reads that the project is based on the election program  of the <My step> bloc. I do not think that anyone from society,  including the majority from the bloc, can call the program  ideological. Each government is committed to providing calculations  to the public. Pashinyan should report to the people at what stage is  the program presented to them in June 2018, in which he listed  specific actions and approaches aimed at implementing political and  economic reforms, "Minasyan recalled, summing up that the current  government program does not have an unambiguous approach and  understanding.

"The society did not require the new government to provide any  calculations and figures, due to the fact that the country was in  transition. The government program has become immeasurable. Without  providing estimates of the work done, the authorities avoid  accountability to the people. If we add to the aforementioned  failures in personnel policy, then we must admit that a lot of work  remains to be done by both the government and parliamentary forces,  with the full participation of extra-parliamentary forces and the  public, "the former minister of economics believes. In addition,  Minasyan is indignant at why the presence of extra-parliamentary  political forces is ignored in the government program.

"As if these forces should play no role for the activities of the  government of the country, as if Armenia is being built only from the  victorious ruling force and other forces represented in the National  Assembly, but this is not so," Minasyan said, adding that the  authorities should lead discussions to make the only right and best  decisions. Commenting on the government's program on the Artsakh  issue, according to Minasyan's interpretation, the government's  approach in this context is extremely unacceptable. "The program  reads that the settlement of the Karabakh issue will lead to economic  growth, while the authorities should, on the contrary, start from the  fact that a strong economy should be the basis for resolving the  Karabakh issue", Minasyan said, noting that the current authorities  inertia solves the problems and challenges facing Armenia.

In conclusion, Minasyan expressed dissatisfaction with the work of  the government, which the 5% economic activity rate calls success in  reducing poverty. <The authorities continue, at the level of slogans,  to talk about technological changes and breakthroughs, which are  undoubtedly extremely important, but directly affect the reduction of  personnel. But what alternative line will the government pursue in  order to provide a job for a person who has been cut. But no, there  is no this item in the government program, you will not find it. All  these consequences are shifted to the burden of a citizen; it all  depends on how he can show his capabilities, "Minasyan concluded,  recalling that according to official data, 232 thousand people fell  under reduction after the velvet revolution.

To recall, yesterday of the ARF <Dashnaktsutyun> party issued a  statement in which it sharply criticized the program of the Armenian  government.
