ArmInfo. On January 8, Armenian Ambassador to Belarus Armen Ghevondyan met with Belarusian Healthcare Minister Valery Malashko, the press service of the Foreign Ministry of Armenia reports.
According to the source, during the meeting, the sides discussed joint work within the framework of the 13th meeting of the Armenian-Belarusian intergovernmental commission on healthcare. The interlocutors exchanged views on the further expansion of cooperation between the two countries in the field of healthcare protection, exchange of experience and agreed on bilateral interdepartmental visits and professional meetings.
Minister Malashko presented the Agreement on the provision of medical care to citizens of member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States of 1997, according to which ambulance or immediate medical care is provided free of charge to Armenian citizens in Belarus.
