ArmInfo. We manage to conduct a productive high-level dialogue with Russia, however, at the level of lower echelons, the dialogue does not really get along due to lack of trust. Political analyst Suren Sargsyan announced such an opinion on December 21 at a press conference.
At the same time, he noted that nothing threatens the Armenian-Russian relations, and this is obvious. "I think the team of Nikol Pashinyan should calmly and without constraint communicate with Russian colleagues and raise important issues," said Sargsyan.
In turn, Director of the International Center for Human Development Tevan Poghosyan, commenting on the question often raised in Armenian society, why the Russian leader did not congratulate Pashinyan on the victory of his team in parliamentary elections, said that Russia is waiting for professional appointments and when they will then congratulations will be heard.
At the same time, Poghosyan said that he was inclined to believe the statements of the Armenian Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan that there are no problems in the Armenian-Russian relations: "But it seems that Pashinyan implies more personal relations with the Russian establishment under the Armenian- Russian relations. At other levels, we apparently have omissions that need correct through dialogue and cooperation, "the political scientist concluded.
