On occasion of bribery in Yerevan school opened a criminal case

ArmInfo.A criminal case on bribery and embezzlement on a large scale, with abuse of office, was taken at the IC of Armenia in the Yerevan school number 192. This was  reported by the press service of the Investigation Committee (IC) of Armenia.

According to the information, it became clear from the materials of  the case that the director of Yerevan School N192 named after G.  Vardanyan, taking advantage of his official position, entered into a  criminal conspiracy with a resident of Yerevan born in 1965, and in  August 2013 appointed a bribe in the amount of $ 1,500 appointed her  daughter in the school supervised by him the class teacher. On this  fact a criminal case was initiated under Art. 311, 312 and 179 of the  Criminal Code of Armenia. In addition, the director of the Yerevan  school number 192 named after G. Vardanyan, taking advantage of his  official position, from April 2013 to May 2018, he accepted the rates  as a laboratory technician and psychologist at the school A.G., who  actually did not work, and the director paid out his salary in the  amount of 1.161.679 drams thereby committing waste. An investigation  is underway to clarify all the circumstances of the case.
