


ArmInfo. The preliminary investigation of the case of Barsegh Beglaryan, an entrepreneur and owner of the Flash company, has been completed, the case has been submitted to the court, the Investigative Committee of Armenia reports.
The charges were brought against Beglaryan and the director of the company's base, Hovhannes Hovsepyan, under part 2 of Article 322 of the Armenian Criminal Code (abuse of rights committed with the use of violence or with the threat of its use).
Earlier, as a result of the events held in the framework of the criminal case, it was established that in 2015, theft had been committed in company on a particularly large scale. The owner of the company and his relatives blamed the former commercial director of Flash and demanded the restoration of the damage.
Beglaryan and Hovsepyan used violence, threatening with violence, and also blackmailed the victim. They set conditions for the former commercial director: either to arrange for them an apartment located on Azatutyun Avenue in Yerevan, or to pay $ 20,000. As a result, on April 25, 2016, the former commercial director under Beglaryan's control put his apartment in the bank as collateral. Of the money raised, 9 million 700 thousand drams, he gave to the company. On the basis of the materials extracted, Barsegh Beglaryan and the director of the company's base, Hovhannes Hovsepyan, were charged under part 2 of Article 322 of the Armenian Criminal Code.
