ArmInfo. The head of the "My step'' bloc , Armenian Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is trying to lower political debates to the level of foul language. Such an opinion was expressed by the former head of the Ministry of National Security of Armenia, former member of the governing board of the opposition Armenian National Movement party, and now a MP candidate from the former ruling Republican Party (RPA) David Shahnazaryan, in an interview with journalists.
"This is a provocation that will not pass. Neither my colleagues nor I will fall to that level. Secondly, Pashinyan's statements once again proved that he is far from understanding the essence of the Nagorno- Karabakh conflict," said Shahnazaryan, adding that he believes meaningless these statements and unworthy of his attention.
At the same time, he stressed that if they have a desire, he invites them -Nikol Pashinyan, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia or any other to the debate on the Nagorno-Karabakh problem.
Touching on Pashinyan's address to the authorities of Artsakh yesterday, Shahnazaryan said that he did not want to use any epithets, but he believes that this is not an impulsive statement. "It's quite well developed, presented in the form of an impromptu statement. And this is a continuation of the chain laid down by the statement of Sasun Mikayelyan. . You yourself became convinced that the leadership of Artsakh is sober enough, and did not respond to provocative and frivolous statements ", said Shahnazaryan.
At the same time, he expressed conviction that the attempt of the Pashinyan team was aimed at creating public debates, confrontation with the authorities of Artsakh, however, the latter did not succumb to this provocation and succumb, because they have a high level of responsibility unlike the current regime in Armenia. To clarify why Pashinyan did such a provocation, Shahnazaryan urged to ask the actingPM himself.. He also expressed conviction that Artsakh's reaction to Sasun Mikaelyan's statement was not harsh. "Thus, no one, I'm not talking about the authorities of Armenia during the entire period of independence - no one in Armenia has in such a tone and words ever addressed either to the authorities of Artsakh or to his people," he concluded. To note, Pashinyan attacked the authorities in Artsakh with criticism after a number of high-ranking Karabakh officials reacted harshly to the statement made by the member of the ''My Step'' bloc Sasun Mikayelyan regarding the victory of the people in the revolution more important than the Artsakh liberation war. Pashinyan urged Karabakh officials not to earn political dividends on this, not to stick their nose in the internal political processes in Armenia and to take up their commitments. The next day, Pashinyan went the distance and called on Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan to curb his subordinates. Moreover, Pashinyan said that his son is the only one who today serves on the front line. According to him, the sons of none of the presidents served in Artsakh - the son of the first president repaid his homeland in the Tavush region, and the sons of the second president Robert Kocharyan sank in the RA Ministry of Defense.
