Armen Sargsyan: I will do my best to ensure stability in Armenia

ArmInfo. Armenian President Armen Sargsyan met with the organizers and some participants of the international round table "2018: a turning point for the South  Caucasus" held in Yerevan. This was reported to ArmInfo in the press  service of the Armenian President.

The purpose of the scientific conference, organized by the Scientific  Society of Caucasus Studies and the DIALOG Organization in  collaboration with the Institute of Oriental Studies, is to discuss  regional problems, assess existing and probable challenges.

During the meeting, Sarkisnya stressed the importance of close  cooperation between the research and analytical centers of Russia and  Armenia, the work of political analysts and experts.

In turn, the guests presented the objectives of the event to the  President, noting that they want to better understand the processes  taking place in Armenia in order to get the most objective picture of  them.

Sargsyan stressed the importance of stability and predictability for  the country. "This is the most important factor, and I, as President  of the Republic, will do my best to ensure this stability," he  stressed.
