ArmInfo.Since morning I have been receiving alarms from various schools in Yerevan, that employees of educational institutions are agitating to take part in tomorrow's march of Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, MP from the Republican Party Armen Ashotyan wrote on his Facebook page.
The MP also said that this information was verified, and it was confirmed that the government is trying to gather as many people as possible for the march. "That is, today's authorities act in the same way in which they once accused us, Pashinyan uses certain levers even before the start of the election campaign," Ashotyan said.
In addition, the MP noted that he received a letter from a group of scientists who stated that all financial accounts of all the SNCOs of Armenia, as well as academic institutions will be transferred to the government's treasury account.
"This is a serious blow to the academic freedom of scientific and educational institutions, that is, people engaged in science will largely depend on the state in terms of time and amount of allocated funding," he said and stressed that in this case all grant programs will be terminated, because they are transferred exclusively to scientific institutions directly.
