David Tonoyan considers successful the project of  1000 AMD

So, on November 12 at a meeting with journalists, answering the  question whether the foundation will continue its activities or  whether it will be closed, Tonoyan in particular, said: "This is a  successful project in which all the people participate. With proper  economic development, we hope that after some time there will be no  need for this fund. But, while he allows to solve the questions  connected with the needs of our military personnel>.

It should be noted that the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, within  the framework of the concept "Army- Nation", developed a draft law  "On compensation for damage to the life or health of servicemen while  defending the Republic of Armenia". After its approval, a Fund of  financial compensation was established for families of servicemen who  died on combat duty or in combat conditions, and also received  disabilities.  Families of the dead and servicemen with disabilities  of the first group receive 10 million drams at a time, people with  disabilities in the second group receive 5 million drams. Funds for  the fallen soldiers are legally received by the parents and children  of the military, as well as brothers and sisters under 23 years of  age. For 20 years the families of the victims and the disabled of the  first group will receive an insurance payment monthly: for officers  they will be 300 thousand drams per month, ensigns - 250 thousand,  privates - 200 thousand. For disabled people of the second group,  200, 150 and 100 thousand drams per month respectively. As a result  of the implementation of the program, in the event of the death of a  serviceman or the receipt of a first-group disability, an insurance  payment of 82 million drams will be paid to a military or family  member for 20 years, 70 million to an ensign, and 58 million to an  ordinary person. The order monthly transfers to the Fund created for  these purposes 1 thousand drams.
