Decision of Hayk Marutyan in Nor Nork dismantled illegal construction  in territory of over 1100 sq. M.

According to him, a week earlier in relation to illegal construction,  it was decided to suspend construction.  "It was revealed that the  construction does not comply with the city planning standards  established in the RA," he explained.  At the same time, even after  the decision was made to suspend the work, the developer continued to  build on a daily basis. "The developer has been warned several times  that construction should be suspended," said Karapetyan. According to  him, the construction is accompanied, among other things, by the  unlawful seizure of the territory, which is communal property.

Recently, Mayor of Yerevan Hayk Marutyan stated that if illegal  construction is detected, it should be immediately stopped, "without  negotiations, requests or personal connections". "There is no such  person in Armenia or outside of it who can call me or the chief  architect with a request to allow illegal construction. I assure you,  this simply cannot be. Rest assured that no action will be taken  behind your back and will not be achieved agreements with those who  carry out illegal construction, "- said the mayor.

The mayor also said that henceforth this area will be fully  coordinated by the chief architect of Yerevan.  The mayor set a  specific requirement for the employees of the department - to impart  new quality to the work being carried out, respond promptly and  prevent cases of illegal construction. However, the mayor said that  in the capital will be significantly simplified the process of  granting a building permit.
