ArmInfo. Statement of Armenian Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan did not contain anything new in the Armenian-Turkish relations; the government's program says it all. This opinion on November 7 at a press conference in Yerevan was expressed by the head of the "Hay Dat" central office and on political issues of the ARF "Dashnaktsutyun" Kiro Manoyan.
"Pashinyan only voiced the fact that the position of Armenia on normalizing relations with Turkey has not changed. And Ankara's reaction to this statement reaffirmed the invariance of Turkey's position on this issue," he said.
He stated that Turkey to this day "remains silent" on the denunciation of the Armenian-Turkish protocols. At the same time, Manoyan believes that Ankara's nomination of preconditions for the normalization of relations with Yerevan is only propaganda, as the demand to "liberate the territories of Azerbaijan" in exchange for the opening of the border does not contribute to the regional peace and only inspires Baku, which "as a small child" is pleased with such assistance from Ankara.
