An officer of SRC was arrested, demanding and receiving a bribe in  especially large amounts.

ArmInfo.The Armenian police opened a case of bribery on a large scale by the inspector of the State Revenue Committee of Armenia.

According to the case file, the Chief Inspector of the State Security  Committee Artak Petrosyan, knowing about the case of one of the  companies that is in charge of the structure, persuaded his  acquaintance, who is the deputy director of the institution  conducting accounting activities in this company, Arthur Gasaparyan  to bribe him on a large scale, instead of promising to stop the case  in relation to this company.

As a result, Petrosyan received a bribe in the amount of 5.000.000  AMD. Within the framework of the case, Petrosyan and Gasparyan were  arrested.
