Armen  Rustamyan, head of the ARF "Dashnaktsutyun" faction, said in an  interview with journalists, referring to the question of whether they  contributed to the failure of the draft law on amending and  supplementing the Electoral Code of Armenia.

According to Rustamyan, if something does not work out, and twice,  then there are some mistakes, then there is no consensus. "Leaving  aside the main problem, they are engaged in minor problems. What  sabotage, if 5 out of 7 people in our faction voted" for ". It is  clear that the accusation of sabotage is unreasonable," said  Rustamyan.

The head of the ARF faction noted that if 2 deputies from their  faction came, it means that they had personal reasons, and about the  reasons for their absence should ask them. At the same time, he noted  that may get in touch with them, but, as Rustamyan noted, one of them  is last time voted in favor.

When asked whether the missing deputies would be responsible for  their absence, Rustamyan said: "We will see what personal problems  they have, whether they are respectful or not, and we will make a  decision based on this," concluded the head of the ARF faction.
