ArmInfo.By the decree of Armenian President Armen Sargsyan, Mher Mkrtumyan was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of  Armenia to the United Arab Emirates (residence in Abu Dhabi).

This was reported to ArmInfo in the office of the President of Armenia.
