Armenian President appoints new Armenian ambassador to US

ArmInfo.By   own decree, President Armen Sargsyan appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to the United States of America Varuzhan  Nersisyan 

As the presidential press service reports, Sarkisyan dismissed Grigor  Hovhannisyan from the post of Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary  Ambassador of Armenia to the US by another decree. Note that Varuzhan  Nersisyan had previously worked as an adviser at the RA embassy in  the USA, as well as deputy head of the diplomatic mission. After  that, he was appointed assistant to the third president of Armenia,  Serzh Sargsyan, then Nersisyan was appointed assistant to the prime  minister.
