ArmInfo.Ardshinbank has been recognized by NASDAQ OMX Armenia as the "Best Agent of the Government Bonds Market". As the Bank's press service told ArmInfo, Ardshinbank was the winner in this nomination according to the results of the  2017 Best Stock Exchange 2017 competition, held annually by the  NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange and the Central Depository of  Armenia.

The award is held for the 9th consecutive year. To select the winner,  the number, volume and effectiveness of transactions concluded at  NASDAQ OMX Armenia sites are taken into account. The best dealer of  the market is chosen on the basis of a general vote of the dealers of  banks and investment organizations of Armenia, which are members of  NASDAQ OMX Armenia.

According to the data of the Financial Rating of Banks of Armenia as  of July 1, 2018, prepared by ArmInfo IC, Ardshinbank is included in  the list of leading banks in terms of investments in government  bonds, having secured a volume of 17.2 billion drams ($ 35.8  million). Ardshinbank ranks TOP-3 in terms of attracting from placing  its own bonds with a volume of 47.1 billion drams ($ 97.6 million).  According to the main financial indicators, Ardshinbank is in TOP-3:  assets - $ 1.3 billion, credit investments of $ 955.5 million,  liabilities - $ 1.2 billion. The first half of 2018 Ardshinbank  completed with a net profit of $ 7.4 million.

Note that Ardshinbank was founded in 2003. The major shareholders of  Ardshinbank as of July 1, 2018 are Arins Group LLC (this is renamed  OOO Business Investment Center) with a 67.97% share in the capital  and REGION Industrial and Financial Corporation CJSC - 29.52%.  Ardshinbank is the only private institution in Armenia that has been  assigned ratings by two international rating agencies Moody's and  Fitch, equal to the country rating of Armenia.
