Mammadyarov: We have achieved progress in the negotiations on Karabakh, even with the previous administration of Armenia

According to Trend, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov
said in an interview with EURACTIV.
"Since it is impossible to achieve sustainable development without
building good neighborly relations. And the most important thing is
the withdrawal of Armenian troops from the occupied territories of
Azerbaijan and the return of internally displaced persons to their
homelands. I think we have made progress in negotiations even with
the previous administration, but now The new administration and maybe
they need a little more time to find out what is happening in the
negotiation process, "he said.
At the same time, Mammadyarov believes that the Armenian leadership
needs an enlightenment process in order to find out who is who and
