Note that Hakob Arshakyan, born in 1985 in 1022, he graduated from the National Polytechnic University of Armenia, faculty of computer systems and computer science (magistracy).
2008-2012. - Co-founder of the initiative "IMA" ("NOW"), since 2012 - President of the public organization "IMA" ("NOW"). From 2010 to 2012 - Worked for National Instruments (National Instruments) as a systems engineer (Systems Engineer), 2012-2017. - became the regional director of the Alliance program of partners (the Region includes India, Russia and the CIS, Arab countries and Africa) National Instruments. In 2018 - founded the company "Araksis Engineering", becoming its executive director.
In 2014 - Member of the coordination group of the movement "Against the pension mandatory payments", and since 2015. - Member of the Board of the party "Civil Contract". By decision of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan of May 17, Hakob Arshakyan was appointed First Deputy Minister of Transport, Communications and Information Technologies of Armenia.
