ArmInfo. At a meeting of the RPA executive body, a separate agenda did not discuss the issue of early parliamentary elections. Vice Speaker of the National Assembly, RPA spokesman Eduard Sharmazanov said this in an interview with ArmInfo correspondent on the results of yesterday's meeting of the IO.
According to him, the meeting was convened to discuss domestic and foreign policy issues in general. At the same time, Sharmazanov stressed that the RPA is ready for talks on early parliamentary elections. "Only through dialogue we find ideas for drafting an internal political agenda," Sharmazanov said.
At the same time, he stressed that the RPA is ready for dialogue, but in no way to confrontation. "Being ready for a dialogue does not mean accepting all proposals of the opposite side," the vice-speaker stressed.
Sharmazanov also added that the RPA is opposed to urgent and early processes, including elections. The Vice Speaker said: "Let the Prime Minister return to Armenia, voice his proposals, and the parliamentary forces will discuss them."
