ArmInfo. As of 8:00pm September 23, 129 reports on violations during the elections to the Council of Elders of Yerevan were received by the Prosecutor General's Office.
As the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office told ArmInfo, 55 of them relate to publications in mass media, 3 were received through the hotline of Yerevan's Prosecutor Office and another 71 were received from the police.
''9 reports relate to giving electoral bribe, 14-hindering exercise of electoral right,30-violations of rules of making electoral lists,3-conducting agitation campaign, 1-hindering activities of journalists, 21-attempt to vote more than once, 19-violation of secrecy of voting,19- inaccuracies in electoral lists,32-other violations. On 98 reports checks were conducted by the Armenian Police. On 31 reports materials were prepared based on articlesfull 180 and 181 of the Armenian's Criminal Code'', the statement of the Prosecutor General's Office reads.
