The greatest activity was shown by residents of the community of Davidashen, where 46.92% of voters voted, and the least in Erebuni community - 40.38%. Extraordinary elections to the Council of Elders of Yerevan started on September 23 in the capital of Armenia. There are four blocs and eight parties running in the elections. To note, in the previous elections to the Council of Elders of Yerevan, which took place on May 15, 2017, the turnout was 40.99% or 345,146 voters. In the last elections the Republican Party led by Taron Margaryan won 71.25% or 240.034 votes.
