Arpine Hovhannisyan notifies PACE about shelling of Armenia from  Azerbaijan

The Vice Speaker of the Armenian Parliament, the head of the Armenian delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Arpine  Hovhannisyan, informed the European colleagues about the shelling of  the territory of Armenia by Azerbaijan, as a result of which the  shepherd Suren Sepkhanyan was wounded. Hovhannisyan wrote about this  on her Facebook page.

"Using the internal political processes in Armenia, the authorities  of Azerbaijan are trying to dump the possible failures in the process  of the Karabakh settlement on the Armenian side. She also informed that she presented to the Commission the latest  internal political processes in Armenia.  At the same time, the  vice-speaker noted that taking into account the confidentiality of  the work of the Monitoring Committee, its conclusions will be  presented only after the decision on their declassification.
