ArmInfo. Chief of the Police of Armenia Valery Osipyan denied the statement of his former colleague Vardan Ghukasian with the nickname "Dog" that during the March 2008 events the then head of the Military Police Vladimir Gasparyan gave his subordinates an order to shoot at the feet of the demonstrators.
"For about 30 years I worked in the Police in various positions, but never in those 30 years I have never received such an order from anyone, and moreover, I did not listen to such an order being received by any of my colleagues. If such a charge was really voiced, it needs explanations, "Osipyan told reporters.
