At the same time, the Armenian PM expressed the conviction that today  the process of settling the Karabakh conflict is in a dead end due to  the fact that Azerbaijan uses military rhetoric and threatens war.   According to Pashinyan, in this atmosphere there can be no  constructive talks, and in order to start them, it is necessary to  create an atmosphere for negotiations.
