


ArmInfo. Minister of Emergency Situations of Armenia Hrachya Rostomyan will take part in the meeting of the Coordinating Council for Emergency Situations of the CSTO in Almaty. This was reported by the press service of the department.
The eleventh meeting will start on September 12, 2018. The meeting will consider issues of further cooperation with international organizations in order to use their potential in providing assistance to victims in emergency situations. As a result of the meeting, it is planned to sign the final documents of the Coordinating Council for Emergency Situations of the CSTO.
In addition to Armenia, representatives of the Ministries of Emergency Situations of Belarus, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan will participate in the event. Representatives of the Committee for Emergency Situations and Civil Defense under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the CSTO Secretariat will also take part in the meeting. In addition to officials, representatives of international organizations will come to Almaty. Among them will be members of the International Committee of the Red Cross.
