ArmInfo. The second president of Armenia Robert Kocharyan has left Armenia for a few days. This was announced by the Head of the office of the second president Viktor Soghomonyan.
However, he did not specify where and for what purpose Kocharyan has left.
To note he is accused in the criminal case on the events of March 1, 2008. He is charged with the overthrow of the Constitutional order. Recently by the decision of the Court of Appeal Kocharyan was released from arrest on the grounds of immunity prescribed by the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia. However, the Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia appealed to the Court of Cassation for the purpose of reviewing the decision of the second instance court.
