ArmInfo. On 2 September Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan received Secretary of the Republic of Armenia Security Council Armen Grigoryan to discuss issues related to the cooperation between the two Armenian republics in the security sphere.  As the press service of Artsakh President informs, Artsakh Republic Security Council secretary Vitaly Balasanyan and other officials partook at the meeting.
