To participate in the elections of the Council of Elders of Yerevan, the CEC of Armenia submitted documents of 4 blocks and 9 parties.

ArmInfo. In the Central Election Commission of Armenia, four blocs and nine parties submitted documents required for participation in the election of the Council of Elders, who will subsequently elect the mayor of the capital of Armenia. All applications will be examined by September 3, and the pre-election campaign will begin on September 10.

The first five candidates from the "Luys" bloc included: Artak Zeynalyan - RA Minister of Justice, candidate for mayor, David Hazhakyan - head of the "Elk" bloc of the Council of Elders of Yerevan, "Synopsys Armenia" CJSC, quality specialist, Ani Khachatryan - member The Council of Elders of the City Hall of Yerevan, Ani Samsonyan is a member of the Council of Elders of Yerevan, Tehmina Vardanyan is a member of the Council of Elders of Yerevan. The first five positions were taken from the ARF party - Mikael Manukyan - chairman of the DOE Forestry Committee, David Hakobyan - director of JSC "Usaber", Khachatur Stepanyan - Associate Professor of the GPU.  Abovyan, representative of the ARF in Yerevan, Alesia Bedjanian - responsible for public relations of the SME SMC, Hovhannes Vardanyan - head of the Arabkir district.

The first five candidates from the "Reformists" party included Artak Avetisyan, Levon Safaryan, Karen Vardanyan, Lilit Hovakimyan, Arman Avagyan.

The Heritage Party nominated Raffi Hovhannisyan, a member of the board of the Heritage party for the post of mayor of the capital.  Then I follow the names of Armen Martirosyan - State Institute of Physical Education and Sports, Associate Professor of boxing department, Hovsep Khurshudyan - chairman of / o <Free citizen>, Sedy Agbalyan - director of "Agbalanfemili" LLC, Rshtuni Martirosyan - teacher of the Gavar State University From the party "Prosperous Armenia" took the first 5 positions - Naira Zohrabyan - RA NA deputy, Petros Ghazaryan - journalist of "Kentron" TV company, Arman Abovyan - adviser to the RA Ambassador in Ukraine, Mikael Marikyan - YSLU, Armen Nersisyan - chairman of "Soglasie".

Block "Yerevan public" - Anahit Tarkhanyan - director of "Radio Hay" LLC, Aram Grigoryan - chairman of the Association of Condominium Development, Armen Hovhannisyan - editor of "Radio Hay", Ani Yeremyan - o / o Armenian Association of Young Doctors, Ara Muradyan - member of the Central Council of DOSAAF Armenia.
