ArmInfo. The Head of the Special Investigative Service (SIS) of Armenia, Sasun Khachatryan refused to comment on the statement made by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan that the case on the events of March 1, 2008 in Yerevan has been fully disclosed. "I am not that official who can comment on the statements of the Prime Minister of Armenia," he told journalists on August 30.
At the same time, as Khachatryan stressed, the head of the Armenian government came to this conclusion on the basis of his own observations. "You also heard my public statements on the March 1 case, you know who is accused, and what are the crimes, you can draw conclusions," Khachatryan stated.
To recall, on August 17 at a rally in Yerevan, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said that the case on the events of March 1-2, 2008 in Yerevan was fully disclosed. "You all listened to the interview of the head of the Special Investigative Service Sasun Khachatryan, as well as other interviews." After hearing all this, I can give the following comment: In fact, the case of March 1-2 events is fully disclosed, "Pashinyan said. The Prime Minister noted that none of the perpetrators of the crime will escape responsibility. "I will repeat it once again and I state it with all responsibility: there is no option that any of the criminals, their leaders, could avoid responsibility." There is no such option, "he stressed.
