"The media reported that the Chief of the Police of Armenia, Valery Osipyan, will resign in October of this year. We declare that the Chief of Police continues to work as usual. He has many long-term projects that are being and will be carried out according to the established schedule. As for the messages about Osipyan's intention to leave for Europe for permanent residence, we would like to note that today many of our compatriots from European countries are returning to their homeland, and such statements are ridiculous and untimely. We urge to refrain from attempts to mislead the public by spreading inaccurate information, "the Armenian Police said in a statement received by ArmInfo.
