Head of the State Revenue Committee of Armenia has a new deputy

ArmInfo. By the decision of the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan on August 24 Shushanik Nersisyan was appointed deputy chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic, the official website of the head of the Armenian government reports.

Thus, for today, the head of the RA State Revenue Committee David Ananyan has 5 deputies.

In particular, the appointment of Gabrielian to the post of deputy head of the SRC immediately caused a lot of controversy regarding the justification of the appointments of the head of the department David Ananyan. It turned out that in the recent past Gabrielyan was convicted in the US for persecuting a 35-year-old ex-girlfriend with GPS. According to reports, after he had served part of the stipulated time, Gabrielyan received an early release in the event of making $ 500,000, which he did. Nevertheless, on July 13, in an interview with journalists, David Ananyan said that he had a conversation with the prime minister about the appointments. It turned out that the head of the government, Ananyan noted, also reacted with certain doubt to the appointments. "But we came to the conclusion that if the KGD fully realizes the tasks assigned to the department, it turns out that the personnel appointments were, in fact, justified, if not, we will draw conclusions," he said. On August 10, the deputy chairman of the tax and customs department Ara Gabrielyan was dismissed from his post on his own request.
