"Then I confidently answered that this will not happen.For these months my working pace has been very intense, and now I understand that we need to take a break to stay close to my family and assess the way I've passed," Kharatyan wrote. He stressed that he will continue to help Nikol Pashinyan. Arsen Haratyan was appointed advisor to the Armenian Prime Minister on foreign policy issues in June 2018. Kharatyan graduated from the Faculty of Oriental Studies of Yerevan State University, studied at the University of George Mason (USA).
