Yerevan: Ankara does not show willingness to normalize relations  without preconditions

ArmInfo.Ankara does not show willingness to normalize relations with Yerevan without preconditions. Armenian Foreign Ministry spokesman Tigran Balayan  stated this at a press conference.

At the same time, he noted that the issue of normalizing relations with Turkey without preconditions was included in the government program, stressing that if Ankara sends the relevant message, it will be considered. "However, while  the opposite is happening, the Turkish president and head of the  foreign ministry visit Baku and make provocative statements there."  We do not see any signals about readiness to normalize relations  without preconditions, "Balayan said.

To note, Prime Minister himself also stated about the readiness of  Armenia to normalize the relations with Turkey without preconditions.
