ArmInfo. At the international airport in Dubai from Interpol, a criminal Aram Vardanyan, born in 1971, better known as "Vstrechi Aper", was detained in the international wanted list of a RA citizen.
As reported by the RA Police, Vardanian's extradition to Yerevan is currently underway. Vstrechi Aper is charged under clauses 1,2,3 of part 2 of Article 131 of the RA Criminal Code (kidnapping of a person by a group of persons by prior conspiracy, using violence dangerous for life or health or threat of its use, using weapons or objects used as weapons).
