ArmInfo. On July 25, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan attended the graduation ceremony of military educational institutions of the Armenian Defense Ministry. The head of government congratulated the graduates on the graduation and receiving officer's first rank, and personally presented diplomas to a group of graduates.
In particular, addressing to the attendees, Nikol Pashinyan noted that being an officer of the Armenian army means dedicating life to the defense of the Motherland. According to the prime minister devoting life to ensuring the peaceful life of other citizens, the officers, in fact, sacrifice the tranquility of their relatives. In this context, as Pashinyan stated, he wants to believe that they have devoted themselves to military affairs fully realizing their mission.
At the same time, Nikol Pashinyan expressed confidence that "tomorrow the Armenian army will not be the same as it was yesterday," since there will be new officers in the army tomorrow. "I hope, I am sure that each of you realizes that due to your presence, your activity, your new status you will achieve changes in the army," he said, stressing the importance of realizing the significance of each officer.
As the Prime Minister stressed, being a commander means being responsible for others, having the will and determination at the most crucial moment not only to give the order to sacrifice oneself, but also to preserve the will to win, the will to bring victory to the people, the country and the Homeland.
