ArmInfo.The latest exposures of law enforcement agencies are not a "personal vendetta" on the part of the acting authorities regarding the former. This was stated in a conversation with journalists by the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, commenting on the latest revelations related to the family of the brother of former President Serzh Sargsyan - Alexander (Sashik) Sargsyan.
After the well-known events, as Pashinyan noted, neither Serzh Sargsyan nor anyone else tried to establish contact with him. "I want to clarify that we do not pursue people on the basis of their belonging to a particular family: we go for statements and reports based on operational information that law enforcement bodies receive," he said, stressing that the country should be established law, and law enforcement agencies - should work effectively.
As explained by the prime minister, due to the actions of law enforcement agencies, the budget will receive several tens of millions of dollars.
