Charge pressed against ``Flesh`` LLC President Barsegh Belgaryan on  abuse of rights with use of violence or threat of violence 

ArmInfo.President of ''Flesh'' LLC Barsegh Beglaryan is accused in abuse of rights with use of violence or threat of violence, the Investigative Committee informs. 

According to the source, in the framework of the criminal case  investigated in the Investigative Division of Kentron and Nork-Marash  administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the  RA Investigative Committee it was revealed that in 2015 property  appropriation in especially large amount was carried out in Flesh  Motors LLC owned by son of Barsegh Beglaryan Norayr Beglaryan.  Beglaryans accused in appropriation former commercial director of  Flesh Motors and demanded from him to compensate for the damage. 

Barsegh Beglaryan blamed the former commercial director of the  company for squandering, by use of violence or threat of violence  dangerous for life and health demanded to rename the latter's flat  located at Azatutyun Avenue, Yerevan or to pay 20.000 USD. The former  commercial director pledged the flat which was his own property and  transferred 9.700.000 AMD to the company. 

On the base of the obtained evidence charge was pressed against  Barsegh Beglaryan "according to the Part 2 of the Article 322 of RA  Criminal Code.

Earlier ArmInfo informed that the former commercial director was  found the injured party. The director of the base of "Flesh" company  was questioned as a suspect and on June 26 signature not to leave was  used as a pretrial measure against him.  Considering that within the  criminal case data were obtained on the relation of the founder  president of "Flesh" LLC Barsegh Beglaryan to allegedly arrogation by  use of violence or threat of violence on June 28 he was invited to  the Investigative Division of Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative  district as a suspect and was questioned. Signature not to leave was  chosen as a pretrial measure against him.
