According to a report distributed by the police and video, 2 in the  evening, around 21:30, a police officer from the medical center  "Armenia" received a signal that a 50-year-old man was delivered to  the hospital with bodily injuries. The latter told law enforcers that  after the dispute that arose in the Olimpavan complex, the chairman  of the NOC Gagik Tsarukyan struck him, and then he was struck by his  hands and feet 46-year-old Eduard Babayan and another person whose  identity is established. After the incident, Babayan himself appeared  in the Mashtots police department. The victim also told the police  that the incident was also attended by the Emergency Situations  Minister, PAP member Hrachya Rostomyan.
