
ArmInfo. On July 3, in the framework of the criminal case initiated by the employees of the State Revenue Committee and the RA Police, searches were carried out at some enterprises related to Spayka.
According to the press service of the SRC, the searches were carried out in OAO Village Group, JSC Greenpeace, which to some extent were interconnected with Spayka. Earlier, on June 22, 2018, employees of the department of large and medium taxpayers of the SRC revealed smaller amounts of tax liabilities according to which from January 1, 2015 to April 30, 2018, the Village Group Company supplied 18,164,891 kg of cheese to Russia for a total of 16,781 .003 AMD. Meanwhile, the company hid from the payment of taxes 1.666.694 drams. In addition, "GreenProduct" has reported that according to the company's turnover in 2017 decreased by 2.139.518 drams, as a result of which less money was paid to the budget - 427.903 AMD. Meanwhile, in 2017 the company, with only one employee, exported to Russia a large batch of tomatoes, 1 kilogram of which was purchased at a price lower than market prices. In all these cases, investigative measures are being carried out.
Earlier, Arminfo reported that the Committee of State Revenues (ARC) of Armenia and the RA Police were conducting a joint search on the territory of Spayka LLC. According to the press service of the KGD, on the basis of the decision of the Yerevan general court, on July 3, the officers of the Office for Detection of Offenses and Administrative Proceedings, as well as the Office of the Operative Investigation of the Armenian Genocide Department and the Organized Crime Department of the RA Police conduct a joint search on the territory of LLC "Spayka".
According to the rumors, the largest transport company in Armenia, Spayka, which also deals with the purchase and production of canned agricultural products, is linked to the name of the second RA President Robert Kocharian.
