Armenian Armed Forces halted attempts by the adversary to carry out  engineering work to strengthen positions in Nakhchivan direction (video)

ArmInfo.On the eve of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, an attempt was made to carry out engineering work to strengthen positions in some sectors of the  Nakhchivan sector of the border. Artsrun ovhannisyan, spokesman for the Defense Ministry, wrote this on his Facebook page.

According to him, in response, the Armenian armed forces opened fire,  not allowing the enemy to solve his task. As a result of the fire  from the Armenian side, one of the enemy's positions was completely  destroyed and burnt. In the course of the shooting, Vahagn  Baghdasaryan, a serviceman of the contract service of the Armed  Forces of Armenia, was slightly wounded, born in 1974.

Hovhannisyan also confirmed the information that from the Nakhijevan  positions the enemy opened fire on the residents of the village of  Zangakatun, who tried to extinguish a fire that burned on the border  fields.  The Armenian Armed Forces pacified the enemy. As a result,  there are no victims.
