It is obvious that under present conditions the development of this branch of science is impossible without cooperation and international research centers. It is gratifying that in this conference brings together leading scientists from around the world. Your participation is important not only practical, but also moral and humanitarian point of view, because, in our deep conviction that cooperation in science and education should to be exclusively directed to the development of science, which is a universal value and goes beyond the borders of states.
