According to the information, criminal proceedings against Armen Martirosyan and David Sanasaryan, accused of organizing mass riots in the Sar? Tagh district of Yerevan on July 29, 2016, within the framework of the investigation of SIS of the criminal case (on the grounds of part 1, article 225 of the RA Criminal Code), terminated on the basis of the lack of a crime in their actions.
On the same basis, the prosecution of Hovsep Khurshudyan, David Hovhannisyan, Vahagn Gumashyan, Hovhannes Ghazaryan and Garik Arustamyan, accused of involvement in mass disorders, was stopped (on the grounds of part 2, article 225 of the RA Criminal Code).
The preventive measures applied to them were also abolished.
