ArmInfo.The Director of the National Security Service of Armenia, Artur Vanetsyan, denied information about the appointment of Serzh Sargsyan's ex-spokesman Vladimir Hakobyan to the post of deputy head of the NSS headquarters.
As Vanetsyan pointed out on June 1 in an interview with journalists. Hakobyan as an officer of the National Security Service, is in the staff reserve of the department. Recall that on the eve of the information was spread that Vladimir Hakobyan returned to his former job in the national security agencies. According to the head of the press service of the National Security Service of Armenia Samson Galstyan, Hakobyan is appointed to the post of deputy head of the capital's administration of the National Security Service. Later, he also reported that "some misunderstanding occurred, and as a result, this curiosity arose." "At that moment, I simply could not contact the director of the National Security Service, you know that he was our employee who was sent to the presidential administration, but now he has returned to the personnel reserve," Galstyan said.
To note, Vladimir Hakobyan from 2006 to 2015 worked in NSS. In 2015 was appointed to the post of the press secretary of ex President Serzh Sargsyan.
