Pashinyan: The problems of Armenia started from the moment when the  election results were falsified

"I think this is a principled position, not only in Armenia, but also  in Russia," he said, summing up his Sochi visit. Pashinyan said that  within the framework of the visit to Russia, the issue of arms  supplies to Moscow by Azerbaijan was also discussed. "We had a  constructive discussion on this issue, but I can not say what Putin  said about it," Pashinyan said, adding that he can talk about three  priorities. According to him, the first is the development of  information and high technologies in Armenia. "We are developing  dynamically this sector of the economy, and we are also planning to  strengthen the military-industrial complex of Armenia, because this  region can become a locomotive for the whole economy of the country."  The second stage is the development of tourism and the third one is  agriculture, "he said. Speaking about internal reforms, Pashinyan  stressed that the new government intends to guarantee the power of  the people, and not some group of individuals, and no one should  interfere with it, but we will not fight against someone. "If we can  create such a reality, the question will be resolved by itself."  Moreover, during our revolution, the oligarchs failed to influence  the political situation in the country, because the people took power  into their own hands and do not intend to let it go," he assured.  Touching upon the forthcoming early elections, Pashinyan noted that  it is very important for the new authorities to organize such  elections, that, "despite the result, the citizens felt that they had  won them." "The people must decide who should be in power, we are  sure that our problems began from the moment when the election  results were falsified in Armenia," Pashinyan said.
